Mango is a fruit that comes from India. A special aromatic and sweet “sunny sort” is cultivated in Japan. In order to convey its bright taste and fragrance we use mango powder that Japanese produce with the help of a secret technology they never reveal. This is thanks to this technology that the powder preserves all the healthy substances contained in a fresh ripe mango and eventually get into our chocolate.
